Wyndham Palmas Beach And Golf Boutique Resort, Humacao

We chose Wyndham Golf and Beach Resort thinking it would be ideal for our family vacation, especially for the kids, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The beach was frustratingly far away and not swim-friendly, and the amenities were lacking given the price. On the flip side, we appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the serene atmosphere, even if disturbed by the loud Coqui frogs.

I had a challenging experience overall at the hotel. While the staff at the front desk and porters were friendly, several aspects were disappointing, including room readiness and dining services. The amenities were decent, but the cleanliness and quality of food left much to be desired. Overall, it wasn't the relaxing getaway I hoped for.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The location was beautiful and the surroundings offered great potential, but the dining and service left a lot to be desired. The rooms also needed upgrading, as they felt outdated and a bit uncomfortable at times. While the staff were kind and attentive, it wasn’t enough to compensate for the slow service and inconsistent food quality.

The resort is tucked inside a vast development and feels smaller, which I found appealing. The pool areas were lovely and the food was reasonably priced and delicious. However, the beach chairs weren't included, and some minor maintenance issues in the suite were a bit off-putting, like dirty windows and limited seating on the balcony.

I wanted to love this hotel, but my experience was marred by some major issues. While there was potential with the property and staff, the management seemed lacking, leading to a lot of frustration during my stay. We specifically chose this hotel for a suite that we never received, and the challenges with the dining and service only added to our disappointment. I doubt we'll return, as this experience was not what we hoped for.
