Wyndham Palmas Beach And Golf Boutique Resort, Humacao

We chose Wyndham Golf and Beach Resort thinking it would be ideal for our family vacation, especially for the kids, but it turned out to be quite disappointing. The beach was frustratingly far away and not swim-friendly, and the amenities were lacking given the price. On the flip side, we appreciated the spaciousness of the room and the serene atmosphere, even if disturbed by the loud Coqui frogs.

I had a challenging experience overall at the hotel. While the staff at the front desk and porters were friendly, several aspects were disappointing, including room readiness and dining services. The amenities were decent, but the cleanliness and quality of food left much to be desired. Overall, it wasn't the relaxing getaway I hoped for.

We specifically chose this hotel for a suite that we never received, and the challenges with the dining and service only added to our disappointment. I doubt we'll return, as this experience was not what we hoped for.
